Additions and Exterior Work

• Remodel and additions to numerous homes in Bow Mar, Cherry Hills and Greenwood Village – Donald Roark, architect
• Renovation of the Bonfils Mansion, Golden, CO. This 12-acre compound included two 8,000 SF homes. Our work included a detached 6-car garage, a 110,000 gallon underground concrete water storage tank with a water treatment plant, an underground gasoline tank with a gasoline pump, a spa, patios, fountains, updating and redecorating kitchens and baths in both homes, all respecting the 1930’s Spanish-style architecture.
• Addition to Childrens Hospital for a data center, 18th and Downing (the original hospital)
• Removal of the entire (1,000 lin. ft. x 35’ high) exterior skin of this 70,000 SF office building and installation of all new materials, 7800 E. Dorado Pl., Greenwood Village
• Addition to Cousins Auto Parts, Denver, 3,000 SF
• Addition to Jet Center terminal, Centennial Airport

Health Care

• Childrens Hospital, 18th and Downing 1980 -1989.Numerous remodels in the medical office building and in the hospital, supervised by Adams Architects, including operating rooms, the mental health department, the oncology department, nuclear medicine lab, a cardiac catheterization lab, a dental surgery facility, the burn unit, and more.
• Presbyterian Hospital, 1719 E. 19th Ave., Denver. Complete remodel of the Intensive Care Unit, & the recovery room, including partitions, finishes, electrical & mechanical work, while occupied and in use. Architect Haller & Larson. Complete remodel of the coronary care unit while occupied, and in use. Architect Haller & Larson. Main lobby remodel.

Interior Remodeling

• ADP 4725 Independence St. 10,000 SF. Numerous remodel projects, the largest being removal of 50% of the interior columns and bearing walls, and installation of new beams to support the roof; all work was performed while the building was occupied.
• Beverage Distributors, Aurora, CO. Various construction projects inside of this 400,000 SF warehouse and office area, the largest being a 14,000 SF refrigerated beer cooler.
• Mexican Consulate relocation 5350 Leetsdale Dr., Glendale 6,000 SF
• 8000 and 7951 E. Maplewood, also the MCI Building, for Lowe Enterprises, Brett Welker
• 55 Madison, Denver, for Real Property Systems

 Buildings in which we completed one or two tenant finish projects, and afterwards the building manager awarded all tenant finish work to McNabb Construction for as long as he/she managed the building;

• Cherry Creek Plaza, 600 & 650 So Cherry. We remodeled every single suite in these twin 13-story office buildings, during a 19 year period (1987-2006) including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors. Owners – Pete Perry, Don Macy and Dutch Bansbach. Also, after the buildings were sold to the Trammell Crow Co, we continued to do all the tenant finish work for Judy Duran
